  • Review functional concerns across school, home, or community routines

  • Provide practical environmental and activity recommendations

  • Determine whether additional OT assessment or services may be appropriate

 

OT Evaluation & Targeted Support

  • More individualized OT support based on identified needs and functional goals.

  • Occupational therapy evaluation when appropriate

  • Identify strengths, needs, and functional priorities

  • Develop individualized strategies and recommendations

  • Target areas such as fine motor skills, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, regulation, executive functioning, or daily living skills

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other providers as appropriate

  • Provide follow-up to support implementation
